PSI Engineering’s lineup of friction feeders can handle virtually any flat material that needs to be inserted into orders. Our patented design ensures that product is fed into orders one at a time, every time.
Our feeders can hold more material on a smaller footprint than our competitors and the unique design creates a high speed friction feeding solution with zero errors and jams. An optional barcode scanning system can be added to any of our feeders to confirm the correct material is being included in the individual orders.

THE FRICTION FEEDERS

GIFT CARD / COUPON FEEDER
Streamline and speed up the activating and insertion of gift cards at the pack line by installing the PSI Gift Card Feeder. With a footprint of 3’ x 3’, the Gift Card Feeder can activate and insert gift cards in up to 30 orders per minute, or 1,800 orders per hour.

CATALOG FEEDER
PSI’s Catalog Feeder can handle literature up to 0.5” in thickness and feed up to 30 catalogs per minute. Our patented design lets you load in up to 200 catalogs (at 0.4” thickness each) and creates an efficient process

BROCHURE FEEDER
Feed brochures into orders at up to 60 per minute with our standard brochure feeder. If you have multiple brochures that are to be included based on the customer or order profile, be sure to add the LPN scanner to instantly and seamlessly communicate with your WMS to determine which brochures need to be included!

THANK YOU NOTE / POSTCARD FEEDER
Thank you notes go a long way in customer orders but the process doesn’t have to create a bottleneck! The Note Feeder can drop cardstock into each order and lets you show your customer appreciation without lengthening their delivery time. Looking for personalized thank you notes?
