Rafael Trzaskoma to drive and manage the growth of PSI’s project delivery and engineering teams.
MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO — PSI Engineering (PSI) announces today that Rafael Trzaskoma will be the company’s new Chief Operations Officer, after an extensive search. Rafael has an impressive career in the automation industry, most recently as Vice President at Shape Process Automation. He is a progressive, energetic, and experienced executive who has excelled in the management of the engineering design and implementation of Engineer‐to‐Order, highly customized robotic, and general automation systems. His knowledge from 20 years of engineering and management experience, which he has gained from a challenging and technologically diverse portfolio of projects.
At PSI, Rafael will provide leadership and strategic vision to the organization’s operations and help efficiently and effectively bring products to our customers as we expand the business.
