Business Development Manager, Europe
Ron joined PSI in 2019, is managing the European office in the Netherlands, and is responsible for the EU service and sales activities. He is an experienced sales manager with a demonstrated 30 year history of working in the machine-building and industrial automation industry, including experience as a sales consultant for Swisslog. Ron is a strong operations professional skilled in Manufacturing, Logistics Management, Account Management, Sales, and Business-to-Business (B2B).
Business Development Manager, North America
Frank Poku-Bonsu is a highly skilled IT sales professional in charge of PSI’s Graphic Arts Division. He is instrumental in developing strategies to grow the division’s equipment, software and consumables and recommending product improvements and new product opportunities. Frank is a graduate of Mount Royal College School of Business & Entrepreneurship and has been with PSI for over 20 years. He has experience in IT solutions, design and support, domestic and international channel management and business development.
Business Development Manager, North America
Andy Revels runs the business development office at PSI and oversees the advancement of strategic system integration partnerships and direct sales. He is a graduate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and came to PSI in the spring of 2019. Andy brought with him an enormous amount of experience in the material handling industry, including 12 years in sales for the ProMat and MODEX tradeshows and 4 years as product manager for Millwood Inc.
Business Development Consultant
Tom Napier is responsible for increasing distribution center performance through automation. He has worked in the supply chain automation industry for 30+ years. Tom moved to PSI in April 2005, bringing his passion to help customers increase their efficiency with him. He is an electronics technologies graduate with certificates in various disciplines, including Electronics Technologist, WCB Ergonomics and PLC. He has designed and sold warehouse improvement software, hardware and complete systems around the world.
Director of Client Solutions
John Pollock is responsible for the sales of conveyor products for PSI and provides conveyor application support to both internal and external customers on various projects. He has been with PSI since January 2019 and has been instrumental in the development of PSI’s automated pack station products & systems. John has over 25 years of experience in the manufacturing and material handling industries in a variety of roles including business owner, application designer, salesperson and mechanical designer.
Director of Sales, North America
JW has over 20+ years’ experience in sales, business development, and manufacturing in both the distribution and material handling sectors. He has held numerous leadership positions to include Director of Sales and Marketing for SpeedCell Storage Solutions where he increased sales, developed brand awareness, and implemented a global sales and marketing strategy. JW held the position of Business Development Manager and Container Division Manager for AWP Industries where he increased their customer base and improved distributor sales from 15% to 51% of sales volume. JW’s experience in business development, sales, and manufacturing will greatly aid PSI in growing our business in our Logistics, E-Commerce and Order Fulfillment business sectors. JW holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University.
Daniel Quinn is an independent business development consultant to PSI since June 2018. He advises on and supports PSI’s efforts to increase market presence in the US and to represent PSI at the material handling leadership level. He has a BS in Business Economics and an MBA in Business Management from the University of Southern Maine and is on the Industrial Board of Advisors at the University of Louisville Engineering School. He is past president of the MHI and has been CEO of various companies in the material handling industry.
